The water’s edge design is a plain brioche pattern with wide cables at regular intervals.
I used two different yarns which create very different fabrics and colour effects; while the blue and green scarf is deep, springy, and holds its’ shape with all the sturdy quality of a wool structure, the rust/green fabric is flowy, very soft with a slight shine, and moulds itself around every shape. Because brioche and cabling are combined here, these designs have an extremely deep texture. Scarves and hat are finished with a 3 cm purl/knit edging.
