We live surrounded by trees and everyone in our house is passionate about wood, so it seemed fitting to design a set of items with woodgrain! This yarn has a deep, woolly feel and features slight variations of colour within the rust and golden brown.
I combined two patterns which appear like meandering lines within the grain, interrupted by circular “knots”. The fabric drapes beautifully and holds it’s shape very well. It likes to fold at the changes in the patterns, which makes it appear truly “tree trunk-like”. The items are a beautifully rich and warm colour.
