Pattern orders:

Unfortunately patterns can not be returned because you receive them in download format. Patterns are written as PDF documents and download to the email address you provide; please allow for 24 hours for your pattern to arrive. It will be sent to you from the email address julchenknits@yahoo.com. Please contact me if you encounter problems with your download.

Garment orders:

Garment orders are posted within 3 days, with up to 6 business days for postage within Europe. I ship world wide and will inform you of your specific postage. If an item is marked as “ready for you within 2 weeks!”, it is currently out of stock and will be started as soon as I have received your order. Please complete your payment as usual and your item will arrive within 3 weeks within Europe, and if outside Europe within the time I am quoted. If you need to return your garment, please do so within 14 working days from the day of arrival and do not wear the item. Postage costs for returns can not be refunded.
